Carz Inc Text Messaging Terms

Carz Inc is a used vehicle dealership in Memphis, Tennessee. We run two text programs: Carz Inc work and account notifications, for our employees and account holders, and Carz Inc vehicle offers, for the dealers who buy from us. This page explains how someone agrees to receive each, what we send, and how to stop.

How you opt in

People join by creating an account at carzinc.ai/signup (also in the Carz Inc iPhone app). The sign-up page asks for a mobile number and shows the boxes below before any text is sent. No box is pre-checked. The Terms box is required to create an account. Each text program has its own box and both are optional — you can create an account and buy vehicles without either. Account holders can turn either program on or off later under Account → Text messages.

When an account is created we record the time the Terms were accepted and whether, and when, each text box was checked.

After opting in, the person immediately receives a confirmation text, for example:

What we send

Work and account notifications (employees and account holders): work assignments, daily checklists, vehicle status alerts, and replies from our team to your questions
Vehicle offers (dealers who opted in): cars we have for sale matched to what your dealership has bought before
Everyone: one-time sign-in codes, sent only when you request one

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts. To start again, reply START.
